Drey and I had a good laugh over the restraunt selected for the farewell dinner for the outgoing principal of our kid's elementary school:

"Lupo's Chop House"


For Audrey and I this triggers our fond memories of the old "Spike and Mike's sick and twisted animation festival" shows that used to tour around the art house circuit in the early 90s. One of our favorite animated shorts was "Lupo the Butcher"



Lupo is a very bad-tempered almost illegible butcher that spends his time cursing and complaining, whilst simultaneously wielding a giant meat cleaver on a side of beef. Unfortunately, his anger distracts him, and .. hilarity ensues. Poor Lupo!
