Another Point of Singularity

Isn't this the equivelant of wearing sneakers with your uniform? I'm seeing it all over the place these days-- army woodland camo covering tan desert boots. Aside from NOT REMOTELY MATCHING and looking a little stupid, I have to wonder who says this is okay.. The Beltway is the ONE area you would think a uniform has to be correct, wouldn't you?
