Diplomacy Game 1 Choosing Sides
Mister Nizz
The Lights are going out all over Europe..
Did Europe not pay its power bill?
To make our Diplomacy game move along nicely, I made a utility for choosing sides in a Diplomacy game. It's a cyberboard gamebox named "Dipchooser", basically just a virtual grid you place randomly drawed cards on.
Here's the grid.
I assign each player a number:
Player 1 - Mike Reed
Player 2 - Rob Winslow
Player 3 - Joe Steadman
Player 4 - Chris Wimbrow
Player 5 - Mark Weston
Player 6 - Jim Adams
Player 7 - Ron Wuerth
Then I draw (randomly) to fill up each grid number
Then I start Drawing:
In this order:
Based on this numerical grid:
our new player lineup will be:
Player 1 - Mike Reed ------- Italy
Player 2 - Rob Winslow ---- Russia
Player 3 - Joe Steadman -- Turkey
Player 4 - Chris Wimbrow - France
Player 5 - Mark Weston --- Austria-Hungary
Player 6 - Jim Adams ----- Great Britain
Player 7 - Ron Wuerth ---- Germany
ONWARD!
