Answers are Due!

I have heard from British Peter, German Peter, Daniel, Bill, Karen, Eva and Andy. I have yet to hear from Rich, Eric, Jason, and Mike.

Note about Mike. He DID enter a turn for last time and somehow I didn't receive it. I'm willing to extend him the courtesy of a turn one score since he posted what he submitted for everyone to see (on CSW).

Eric, on the other hand, starts on turn 2...
