I Teach, because I care, dammit
Here's a little tutorial in case you may wish to post under YOUR OWN NAME without leaving an email or website or such nonsense. YOU DON'T HAVE TO REGISTER WITH BLOGGER.COM TO POST UNDER YOUR OWN NAME.
Figure 1: Got a burning issue to comment on? Click "Post a Comment".
Figure 2: Type in your Bloviation and Blah-Blah in the comment box. You will see that the "identity" or "log in" box is set to the default setting, assuming you have a Blogger.com account. See the other two choices? Anonymous or "Other"?
Figure 3: See? If you select "Other" you may type in your own proper name (or a pseudodym). It will prompt you for a website, but you can always type in "get stuffed!" or something.
Figure 4: I have some security over random (spider style or spam style) commenting. I'm not eager to see somebody's ad for mortgages, medications or discount software, so I require you to type in a random gobbledygook code. That's not going to change.
Figure 5: If you see this, the job is done well.
Figure 6: And thus, your comment is there for the world to see. Our example is the name of a notorious luddite pal of mine, combined with my favorite King of Italy and my favorite German philospher.
There, you are now armed with more tools to face the rigors of the Information Age. Don't thank me, it's all part of a day's work for AMISH MAN...
