The Hottest Ticket in this town

Isn't some senatorial hearing or show wandering into town from Broadway. It's the public unveiling of Tai Shen, the baby giant panda at the National Zoo in a week or so. Alas, I know better than to even try to get on THAT waiting list-- I'm not well connected. But I hope to take Annie and Gar when the crowds die down a bit.

Due to existing agreements with the People's Republic of China, the only place on Earth where pandas live in the wild, the United States will have to send Tai Shen home in two years. That's really too bad-- he's a sweetie, isn't he?
